Shipping:

The estimated shipping/handling rates shown below, and in your shopping cart, are based on the merchandise total of your order. We use estimates because it is not possible for us to know the exact shipping charge for your order until we know the total weight of your order and size of the parcel, and your address.

Once your order has been filled, we charge the Canada Post shipping rate, plus a handling charge of $3. For many of our customers, the actual shipping/handling charge is less than the estimate. However, because we also ship oversized products and to remote locations, the actual shipping/handling may be more in some cases. We will notify you before shipping your order if the actual shipping/handling turns out to be substantially more than the estimate.

The receipt, enclosed with your order, will show the actual shipping/handling that was charged to your credit card.

International parcels usually ship by Air Mail and we will e-mail you with the exact shipping cost before shipping the order.

Items that are small and light that fit in an envelope (under 500g, and less than 2mm thick) will be shipped by letter mail for a lower postage rate.

Taxes

As we are located in Alberta, Canadian customers pay ONLY the 5% GST - there is no Provincial sales tax! Customers located in the Maritimes (NL, NB, and NS) pay 13% HST.

US & International customers are NOT charged any sales tax! (Please note that in some cases US or International customers may have to pay your post office a duty/tax fee upon acceptance of the parcel. This varies in each State or international country - contact your local post office or customs office to see if any duty/tax will apply.)

Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with an item, return it, in new condition, with the order copy, within 45 days, for a exchange or refund. Items which have been used or laundered cannot be returned. Items must be returned in the original package (just the product packaging, not the mailing carton.) Hygienic items such as breastpumps cannot be returned once the product package is opened.

Monogrammed (personalized) merchandise cannot be returned.

Delivery

All orders are shipped by Canada Post. Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours. Items shipped to Canadian addresses take 5-15 days for delivery, depending on where you live. Orders shipped to the USA are shipped via Air Mail and take up to 15 business days for delivery. International customers will be e-mailed with shipping options & costs before orders are shipped - delivery times will vary depending on the shipping option chosen.

Need Rush Delivery?

We can ship by courier and charge the extra shipping cost to your credit card. We can tell you estimated delivery time and charges when you place your order. We are sorry, next day delivery is not available to most locations.

Backorders

If an item is out of stock when you order, it will be sent to you as soon as stock is received.

Backorders are indicated in pink on your order copy enclosed with your parcel. You will be charged the postage fee for the entire order when your first shipment is sent, and NO additional postage for a backorder.
