In an article titled "Top 10 ways to prevent breast cancer", Dr. Zoltan Rona said that only natural fibres (such as cotton) should be used for underwear, and that bras should be worn for a maximum of 12 hours a day to prevent constriction of the lymphatic system. Bras should be loose-fitting.

He also stated that plastic water bottles should not be used as they leach chemicals into the water. Water should only be stored in glass bottles.
