All the ingredients are common ones which you can get in the baking section of  your local grocery store; just ask for help if you can't find them. Mix the following 5 ingredients in a heavy pan over low heat: 3 Tablespoons cooking oil 2 Cup

Bleach will whiten and disinfect diapers, but it will also cause them to wear out faster. Chlorine bleach eats your diapers away!  Alternative means of whitening/disinfecting include using borax, or  occasionally using chlorine-free bleach
